Same-day turnaround rule
Minimum 8 hours between events in the same venue on the same day.
Example: Event ends 2pm → earliest next event in that venue is 10pm.
The system blocks any booking that violates this automatically.

Following-day turnaround rule
If an event ends before midnight, the venue can be ready by 12:00 noon the next day.
No booking in that venue can start before 12:00 on the following day.

Emergency override
Sales can mark a booking as Emergency Turnaround when the team must push hard.
This is visible to all management, flagged in purple, and alerts the ops team automatically.

Changeover blocks
After every confirmed event, the system automatically creates a changeover block in that venue.
No other booking can start during the changeover period. This block is shown in grey on the calendar.
Changeover includes: strip and clean venue, wash and return equipment, redress for next event.

The washing dishes rule
Never again. If two events are on consecutive days, the system automatically flags the gap so the ops team knows dishes need to go straight from the event to the wash — same night. No surprises at 6am the next morning.
